Banned Accounts

If you log in and see the message, "Your ID Is blocked" this means your account is banned.

Bans can be temporary or permanent.

If you feel that your ban is incorrect please email flyff@gala-net.com. Bans will not be discussed on the forums nor in chat.

We reserve the right to terminate your account (including your software license to any Gala-Net, Inc. games and your access to them) immediately and without any notice, if you, in our sole discretion, violate or breach our Terms of Service, Rules of Conduct, this refund policy, or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide us during registration, or upon game play, chat, or any player activity whatsoever which are deemed inappropriate.

If your account is terminated for any reason, you will lose any characters developed and items accumulated. You will not have the right to transfer, sell, or assign any characters or items to anyone else. You will not be entitled to a refund of any sort.

In the event that an account is terminated, Gala-Net, Inc. reserves the right to terminate any and all other accounts that share the member name, phone number, email address, internet protocol address or credit card number with the terminated account.
